Pours a nice yellow. Aroma is a mix of elderflower and earthy tea. Flavor is real nice. Light honey and hints of mint tea. Subtle elder flower and earth. Enjoyed this one quite a bit.

2012 Bountiful Botanical bottle. Pours a still, clear light straw color. Nose is dry herbal tea, spring grass, sauv blanc, subtle elderflower, & honey at the end. Taste is light elderflower, potpourri, and some alcohol. The elderflower is more prominent as it warms up. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but this mead is very easy to drink since its slightly dry and doesn’t seem to have much residual sugar. I think I like it best served at room temp.

Bottle thanks to George. Pours a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of floral notes with a hint of grass and mint with a semi sweet honey backing. Flavor has more sweetness from the honey with a strong floral note and a hint of grassiness and a slightly dry finish.
