Beyond beautiful radiant red hue. Aroma is floral and earthy. Flavor is so nice. Wonderful hibiscus blossoms, wood, and hints of raw tea leaves. Mild waxy notes with just enough honey to provide balance. Floral, woody, with a dash of tart in the finish. Best of the botanical series so far by quite a bit. Really enjoyed it.

375ml bottle from the meadery. Pours a still, clear red purple. Aroma is floral, with honey and earth. Taste is hibiscus -forward blend of honey and botanicals. Light-medium mouthfeel.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pour is very nice red. Big floral garden aroma. Taste reminds me of a very nice red wine, slight sweet loads of flower aroma.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle, red wine pour, no head or lacing really. Aromas of sweet, rich, honey, aromatic flowers, tropical hibiscus, cherry, dark plum, lavender potpouri, and black tea. Taste is wood, hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger, red grape skins, floral honey and amazing earthy tea notes. Mouthfeel is unreal smooth, finishes tart and very salivating. Not cloying at all. I could session this mead if I had the option. Incredible.
