Pour yellow with purple tones when held up to the light. Aroma is pure lavendar. My mom used to boil lavender potpourri when I was a kid and this smells just like it. Flavor is like eating that potpourri. Pure woody lavender. Very floral and a bit bitter. A big mead that finishes dry. A bit much to be honest. Was hoping for a lavender touch got a big lavender punch in the face,
