Nose is dark caramelized honey, light alcohol, and an almost sake like rice note that makes it smell somewhere between a sake and a mead. Hazy brown with a small beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with brown aged honey and a flowery note. I tastes again kind of sake like.

Draft. An amber braggot with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of honey, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, honey, hops, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Please correct me if its not this one. Frothy white fair fully deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average vinius moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Dark brown with a small head. Rather sweet aroma and taste of dried fruit, light malt, some alcohol and honey. A nice one.

Fat på CBC 2013. Min första mjöd och därför svsår att jämföra med andra. Söt och stark. Mycket torkad frukt som fikon och russin och mycket honung och viss alkohol. Kan tänka mig den som perfekt till en lagrad ost. Lite söt för sig själv.

Draught at CBC. Pours very dark brown with a small white head. Dates, raisins, honey, chocolate and dried plums on the nose, pretty much the same in taste. Nice carbonation making with a rustic feel to it. Boozy aftertaste. Nice one!

Draught at CBC 2013.Cloudy dark beer with a small head. Fruity aroma, dades and raisins, honey, floral, toffee, some apples. Sweet fruity flavor, warming alcohol, raisins, and figs, apples, some caramel, Woody and with some spices.

Draught. Hazy copper liquid with huge off-white head. Aroma of toffee, honey, caramel, chocolate, grass, biscuit and bread. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of grain, honey, booze and honey. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
