375ml bottle shared by BeerandBlues2: pours a clear still bright golden with clungy thick legs. Has a sweet floral honey nose and a hint of pepper. Starts with pretty good viscosity and rich floral honey sweetness with a mild pepper flavor and warmth. Finishes smooth and sweet. Pretty unique and enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of dry honey with a touch of sweetness and just a hint of pepper. Flavor is similar with dry honey throughout and the peppers are only slightly present in the finish.

Bottle at home, thanks Jeff! Pours light clear golden with no head. Spicy aroma with lots of honey and some pepper-ish notes. Taste is pretty much the same, a sweet mead with notes of pepper and spices. OK mead.

till, transparent rich yellow/near chartreuse. Nose is smokey honey reminiscent of Mikkeller Black Tie, heavy sugar adds light jammy note. Flavor more contrasted, papery, honey sweetness and heat with green peppery contrast, none mixing. Watery overall, contrast doesn’t help.

Pours golden. Aromas of earthy honey. Flavor is nice bright honey, sweet but not overly. There is a light underlying pepper component. Earthy but no spicy.

16oz bottle pours with a clear gold body with an odd looking light lime green hue. The aroma is big and sweet with rich honey and actually little else. The taste begins sweet and rich with honey goodness sliding into semi dry white wine like notes. This is basically a straight up honey mead with little other influences Pretty nice.

Yellow pour...loads of honey...actually this tastes mostly of honey with some light pepper notes.

Bright yellow pour, aroma of honey sweetness. Taste is sweet and almost dry wine finish. It’s good, but mostly a regular mead.

Bottle shared by BeerandBlues2. Poured a syrupy yellow color with no head, no carbonation. Sweet aromas, honey. Flavor doesn’t have too much heat, but notes of it are lingering. Sweet, dry - interesting.

Thanks to burg326 for sharing this one. Cheers, Adam! Pours a clear still yellow. Nose is dry honey, some earthy peppers, and a light citrus honey. Flavor is similar with some dry honey, citrus, and earthy peppers. Light in body and nice overall.
