Thanks to MeadMe for the share. Pours a deep gold color with no head to speak of. Nose is cinnamon, slight vanilla, and slight sugar. Flavor is like a cinnamon roll with honey. Honestly. They have put the taste of a cinnamon roll in a mead. Very enjoyable- nice sense of balance, and not at all over the top.

Bottle shared by Dogbrick. Clear amber with no head and slight legs. Aroma of cinnamon and honey sweetness. Cinnamon and apple flavor with a bit of tartness and a semi-dry finish. More dry than Cinnamonster’s Revenge, but a solid mead in its own right.

Huge cinnamon once the cap pops off. Copper pour. Smells like a boozy cinnabun. Super sweet, and a bit cloying. Not bad, but hard to know uf id want to drink a ton of this.

6oz nip bottle. courtesy of steve i believe but perhaps not... bottle yields a mostly transparent caramel pour, still but yet with unexpected bubbly action at the edges of the glass. not as leggy as the previous melomel consumed prior to... aroma is a nice balance of mild honey that pairs with the added cinammon. not bursting in any way, rather refrained overall... flavors are more of the same with notes of honey and light cinammon held in check mostly. there is a light tannic aspect to the honey profile. body is somewhat still - finish adds a little bit of earth. slightly spicy finish on the backend. not as warm as the previous. a little watery.

6ounce nip bottle from MeadMe, thanks Greg, brought to Matt’s tasting in Chicago, poured an ambber red color with aromas of cinnamon, honey, light vanilla, and some toast. I am not a cinnamon fan, however the flavors were blended so well that the cinnamon was there but not the main player. Glad I got to have this and share, thanks again Greg.

bottle..pours a dark amber...aroma of big honey, florals, and some nice cinnamon. flavor of big cinnamon butter and sweet honey...reminds me of cinnamon buttered toast with some nice sweetness..good, but this is no cinnamonsters revenge (which was insane!)..

Bottle with James and Linh, pours a lightly hazed amber copper, no head/lace. Aromas are apple cinnamon pie crust and honey. Taste is pure artichoke hearts and leafs, so green and earthy with a non cloying cinnamon honey sweetness, Cool.

Bottle shared by daknole. Pours deep gold with no head and nice viscosity. Aroma is interesting and makes me realize how unique kuhnhenn meads are. Even though they have several cinnamon inspired creations, they all smell distinctly different. This one smells of cinnamon flavored toothpicks, honey, and a light floral quality (although I would’ve attributed it to the honey instead of rose hips.) Flavor is much drier than I was expecting and very nicely balanced. Bravo.

Bottle, thanks to Randal for sharing this gem. Clear amber pour with no head. Big cinnamon nose that reminds me of Red Hots. Delicious with honey and honey dew notes that finish off with that Red Hot burn. Bravo...

A: Pours a nice yellow hue. S: Rich deep cinnamon, honey sweetness, with hints of sweet icing. T: I love it, earthy cinnamon, sugary sweet icing, light earthy honey. M: Medium in body, smooth, awesome
