COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Per the bottle) "This Still mead is made with Michigan wildflower honey, apples, natural apple flavor, and cinnamon. There is plenty of sweet/tart interplay with a warming cinnamon finish."

Bottle at home, thanks Jeff! Clear golden mead, no head. Lots of apple pie in both aroma and taste. Tart apples, cinnamon, sugar. Delicious!

Bottle shared with some brahs on a hot day, not ideal mead tasting conditions but we’ll take it! Pours clearish golden with light head. notes of apple pie, crust, cinnamon, granny smith apple skinage, and sweet honey. None of the 14 is present. Maybe the best one of the mead madness releases I have tried this year, bring back the nip goodness. Tart, sugary, funky, and sticky. Really good mead.

Bottle... Clear yellow pour with thick, meaty legs. The nose is a collage of vanilla, cinnamon and apple cider with an undercurrent of honey. Full-bodied and velvety. The flavor is a fusion of tart green apples and malic acid with subtle facets of cinnamon and honey. Finishes fruity, tangy and fairly dry. Bottle generously shared with me by Biggsbowler!

Pours a light shade of yellow. Aromas of apples, pie spice, and sweet honey. Flavor is very nice. Lots of pie spices up front. Rich honey and spiced cider in the middle. Light brown sugar caramel toes with a blast of cinnamon stick in the finish. Real nice.

12 oz bottle to snifter (2012 vintage, shared with the Mrs.; thanks mikem409). Looks good; a still and transparent honey-gold. Smells good too; honey, apples, and cinnamon. Tastes like it smells with some tartness. Pleasant on the palate too; the abv is subdued nicely. A first-class mead!

Bottle. Pours a clear still yellow. Aroma of apple and honey. Taste was more bitter and dry then I expected. Lots apple some caramel
