COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale pink/purple mead has aromas of currants and cherries. It is slightly sweet with a long dry finish.

Bottle thanks to unclerudy. Pours a still pale red. Aroma has strong cherry cough drop. Taste is a touch bitter, but mostly sweet. Nice, but a little medicinal.

Chilled bottle at JStax birthday mead tasting poured into a snifter. Pours red/purple. Aroma is wonderful currants. Taste is real medicinal currants.

Pours amber. Aromas of black currant, cherry skins, and earthy tea. Flavor is very much black currant. Light cherry skin with hints of tart raspberry. Mild earthy woody notes with some tea. A dash of tartness with a big dry finish. Good stuff.
