Bottle at James’s 4k/5k/10k tasting. Pours a clear ruby tinged gold. Lots of cherries and artificial cream, smells like a hard candy. Quite sweet, tangy cherries and deflated whipped cream. Smooths out into the finish, warm honey and cherry ice cream.

Bottle tnx to Greg. Pours murky redish pale mahogany. Aroma is cherries mazipan almonds sweet boozy. Flavor is as aroma, vinous sweet has some astringent touch. Nice sweet fruity finish.

Bottle, thanks to tkrjukoff. Somewhat hazy reddish/ruby color, almost no head. Cherries aroma, floral, almond, cherry seeds, marcipan, some alcohol. Cherry flavor, sweetish, cherry seeds, sugary, warming alcohol, marcipan, strawberries, warming alcohol, honey, floral notes.

Nip sized bottle. 2012 Vintage. Poured a ruby/red color with no head. Aromas of cherries, some cream, cherry pie filling, and some honey. Tastes of cherry, cream (more than aroma), pie, and honey. Not being a huge mead or honey fan, I really liked this one. Alcohol content well hidden.

Bottle, with Frank and Bill, pours vibrant ruby red with no head or lacing. Aromas and taste of cherries, cinnamon, apple and cherry pie, floral honey, spice, and creamy marshmallow. Medium to fuller bodied, easy going and full of rich, velvety flavors.

Courtesy of BOLTZ7555. It pours clear copper with ruby red hues at the core and some nice legginess along the inside of the glass. The aroma is sugar sweet, marshmallow and berry to cherry like notes. The taste is rich sweet goodness with very little of the ABV showing. I get smooth sweet somewhat slick sweetness and honey unfolding to reveal fairy rich near nectar like berry notes. Great stuff.

Bottle. Pours dark ruby red cherry. Nose/taste of cherry, honey, vanilla and cream. Medium body. Finishes with creamy cherries.

Bottle… Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012… This beer rocks!… Pours clear and blood-orang in color. Excellent vanilla, cream and cherry bouquet. Medium to full-bodied and milky. The flavor is mainly sweet cherry, but also a hint acidic. Finishes sweet, then tangy, and then a touch dry. This bottle of world class mead was provided by burg326!

Rosy pink body lacking even a single bubble. Sweet maraschino cherry aroma with delicate honey and a bit of lactose in the nose. Flavor is a bit less impressive but still has the before-mentioned qualities. Reminiscent of a cherry creamsicle. Good.
