Bottle courtesy of Frank, shared with Vinny, Bill, Alan, and James. Pours a viscous gold with no head. Smell is strong cinnamon, apples, and booze. Taste is not nearly as hot as you think it would be, not Big Redy at all. Very easy to drink. Brings flavors of cinnamon, apples, without any hotness from booze. Very cool.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 hopscotch (8212) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 8, 2011
Bottle… This mead rocks!… Hazy, light straw-colored mead with fantastic, thick, meaty legs. The aroma is a mélange of cinnamon, methanol and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and only a whisper of carbonation. This baby is all about the cinnamon; lots and lots of cinnamon – Red Hots and Atomic Fireballs flavor and heat. Finishes spicy-hot and a touch tongue-numbing. Excellent and fun! Bottle generously shared by biggsbowler!

Pour from Aaron, big thanks! Pour is straw yellow, aroma has notes of big, harsh cinnamon, vanilla, and honey notes and some slight fusel notes. Taste is way overwhelming cinnamon and some slight fusel notes, going into some sweet honey and the spice just overtakes it.
