Heís back! And heís pissed! You can smell the woody aro-mas of the copious amounts of cinnamon that our own mead brought down to wreck your palates and boggle your senses. So strong itís scary.

Very old bottle shared by a friend. Clear gold pour with no head and no legs. Aroma is straight up cinnamon roll. Cinnamon and honey flavor with slight warmth before a semi-dry finish.

Nip sized bottle. This one had me scared going in, but honestly, it wasnít as bad and palate wrecker as I thought it would be. Poured a yellow color with no head. Yep, lots of cinnamon. Red hot candies.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of cinnamon that give a aroma of red hots with sweet honey backing. Flavor has a nice cinnamon note with a bit of earthiness and a combination of dry and sweet honey through the finish.

Oh, the aroma! This one should be used in a reed diffuser...literally fills the air with the scent of liquid Red Hots. Flavor isnít quite as assertive but is still quite enjoyable. Raw cinnamon sticks and honey. Was hoping for some capsiason heat but didnít get it. Not sure if the flavor diminishes with age but this one definitely seemed diluted.

Bottle from BenC...thanks Ben! - Pours pale yellow with no head. Smells like After Shock liquor mixed with apple pie. Taste is the same--really heavy on the cinnamon but not undrinkable. Just super spicy and cinnamony. Light and slick in the mouth. Good stuff...scared me to drink but it was actually quite good.

Bottle to oversized snifter (batch 021221). My 6 oz bottle says itís 15%, not 13.5. Looks Good; like most of Kuhnhennís meads do: honey colored, thick, and still. Smells good too; sweet and (cinnamon) spicy. Tastes pretty good. Very sweet though. Average on the palate. Not Kuhnhennís best mead, but still better than most others out there.

Pours a nice yellow hue. Aromas of raw powdered cinnamon. Flavor is powdered cinnamon, A short lasting lite sweetness peaks through and a red hot like candy flavor appears. Finishes with earthy cinnamon and a very light touch of burn. Nice but very one dimensional.

Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. Clear golden pour with a tight white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lace with some legs. Aroma of cinnamon and honey. Rich and smooth with a cinnamon character that is honestly not overly hot, as I was expecting something more along the lines of Fireball candies. Touches of sweet honey in the background. The finish is short with a cinnamon aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle thanks to Chris. Pours hazy gold. Nose is fresh cinnamon and spice with hints of vanilla and honey. Lots of in your face hot cinnamon in the nose. Taste is more mellow with the honey and follow upfront and some cinnamon heat in the back of the palate. Finishes a little hot. Medium body.
