Bottle thanks to Kyle! Pours a clear yellowish gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice cinnamon note with a hint of apples and a sweet honey backbone. Flavor starts full of cinnamon and spices that are cut by sweet honey.

Bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Light sweet honey base, but the real star here is the marriage of cinnamon flavor and the heat from the peppers. Like a red hot candy. I usually hate anything with peppers in it, but this was really damn good.

jredmond (5341) - Manhattan, New York, USA - MAY 21, 2013
Bottle brought to Jamesís 4k/5k/10k tasting. Pours a slightly murky golden tangerine body with few bubbles and no lacing. Aroma is awesome - strong cinnamon, light honey and a ton of heat. Punches you square in the face. Mouthfeel is super hot and spicy, lots of cinnamon, light fruit, lots of burning cinnamon and additional spices.

Bottle shared by JRedmond at tasting at my place. Pours cloudy gold. Nose and taste of fresh ground cinnamon, chili pepper, honey and vanilla. Nice lingering pepper burn in finish. Medium body.

Bottle at Jamesís 4k/5k/10k tasting. Pours an almost clear gold. Lots of cinnamon, honey, a vague hint of pepper. Medium bodied, sweet and full of cinnamon before moving into a long slow burn. Excellent.

Pours golden. Aroma is a blend of raw cinnamon and pepper spray. Flavor is heavy on the pepper. Earthy, spicy, and extreme. The cinnamon has stood out in a the previous versions of this one. Itís lost here. This is all pepper. Leaves a light lingering burn.
