Mar 1, 2008 MBG Winter Fest 2008. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet grainy aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where not met for this brewer.

Jan 28, 2008 Draught @ brew pub. Pours a clear light golden in color with a small white head. The aroma is mildly sweet doughy malt, but nothing substantial. The flavor is again subdued dough/bread type malts, mild sweetness, and a hint of flowery hops. For what it is, I guess it’s not too bad.

Jan 1, 2008 On tap. Aroma is rice/corn and a little hops. Gold hue with a white disappearing head. No lace. Flavor is macro rice/corn piss. Light bodied. Way over rated.

Jun 26, 2007 On tap @ the brewpub: Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma is mostly just light bready malts with a hint of sweetness. Flavor, light floral notes, some bready malts, and a light sweetness. Not bad for a pale lager.

Jul 26, 2006 Draught at Kuhnhenn. Pours a clear pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Mild aroma of grain, malt and light grassy hops. Light Lager flavour doesn’t blow me away but it’s clean and pleasant enough. Pretty decent body for a light beer. For what it is it’s pretty good.
