On tap at GTMW - Pours clear yellow with no head. Nose is big ginger, with salty lime margarita. Taste is spicy as hell ginger, real pungent with more salty lime. The honey sweetness is under it all, but isn’t very present. Very smooth.

Sample at MBGSF 12. Poured clear golden color with great legs. Heavy ginger, lemon grass and alcohol aroma that lasted even after the liquid was gone. Full body with a smooth thick texture and great legs. Heavy lemon spicy sweet flavor with a heavy sweet alcohol warming finish of long duration. Complex standout mead.

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a clear yellowish gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has an interesting combination of citrus ginger, honey and alcohol that gives a bit of a note chlorine. Flavor has strong citrus up front that is joined by ginger in the finish with a underlying sweet honey.
