Thanks to FlandersNed for this one in trade. This was a HUGE want. I appreciate it, Steve. Pours a still clear gold that wants a green hue. Nose is honey, some booze, green apples/ granny smith, pears, and some vinous (oak) tartness. Flavor is green apple, sweet, honey in front, apples in the mid and riesling in the back. Body is thin like a riesling and some almost oaky tartness/ dryness in the finish. Nice pyment.

looks like a watery white wine wine... smells like a Riesling, interesting, hints of oak, apple, and honey, I like this... the taste is way too light and basically drinks like a water, a light wine finish, a hint of honey, the riesling is gone, this should have worked better since Riesling’s are so sweet... good start, bad finish

Bottle shared by TheCheeseMan at RBWG 2010, and luckily I got a sample! The aroma is huge green apple, almost candy or flavored gum, with some butter and more. The flavor is sweet honey and apples all the way.
