3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Kuhnhenn. Pale amber pour. The nose is really fruity with a soft tropical citrus character. A nice citrus/amarillo quality. Fresh and fruity. Quite hoppy with a kiss of light bitterness on the back. A touch of wheaty spice as well. Pretty solid hoppy ale.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft… RBSG 2010… Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is so restrained that it takes a deep, deep pull to get anything out of it. Once I do, I get nothing but pink bubblegum… remarkable. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and pillow-soft carbonation. Well-balanced flavor up front – no fruity or bubblegum sweetness. Medium to weighty bitterness kicks in on the backside and carries on through the lengthy finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at the brewery. Wheaty, American breakfast aroma, with some cereal grains, light hop. Minerally body, slight bitterness, and a German hop finish. Pretty easy drinking, though not too reminiscent of Gumballhead.
