COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION A Braggot is a mead (fermented honey) that has had beer added to it, in this delicious case orange blossom mead has had an bourbon barrel-aged Raspberry Imperial Stout added to it post-fermentation. The blend is 2/3 mead and 1/3 beer, it is extremely sweet, fruity, and rich on the nose. Black in color, and highly viscous, this mead is very sweet with savory rasp-berry notes. Malty tones and rich fruit end this flavor explosion.
