COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This amber colored beer is creamy and delectable, probably our best India Pale Ale yet. Hops, hops and more hops will satisfy even the most extreme hop head.

Floral, light tangerine-citrus hops in the perfumey and inviting aroma. Clear copper-orange coloured body is topped by a fine bubbled, off-white head that lasts well. Some cookie dough-like malt character with plenty of orange, leafy hop flavours and moderate bitterness. Medium body with lively effervescence. Bottle enjoyed with MartinT, Rastacouere and Siroy.

A mostly lasting small fizzy white head tops up a hazy medium orange body. Moderate lacing. No particles. No bubbles. Aroma presents malt being light caramel while hops are heavy orange-like citrusy/sweetness Yeast character is moderate soap. faint evocations of . Initial flavor is moderate bitter and leads to earthiness. Finish is medium and bitter. Light body... watery texture... Lively carbonation...

Clearish light amber, lasting 1-inch white head. Earthy oranges dominate the nose and suggest a fair dose of centennials. Light soapy and leatherette nuances. Honest bitterness, very fruity palate (tropical mango mostly). Earthy, spicy intensity. Low malt level, but a very down-to-earth, well executed example. Light bodied, biting carbonation.

Any first impressions?
-A veil of head tops the blood orange hues.
-Bright citrus fruitiness and plump oranges form an enticing, if not classic, aroma.
-Chalky yeast dabs the orange fruitiness, and milk droplets merge the two.
-An airy, fluffy mouthfeel helps drinkability.

What if you dig deeper?
-A dry, wooden hop bitterness ensues.
-Maltiness is very light, enhancing the quaffability factor.
-I don’t think this carries enough hop flavor to please hopheads, or malt flavor for those who like balanced IPAs.
-A well-made, generic, American IPA.

Bottle; no date.

Bottle. Clear copper pour with floaties and a huge, frothy white head. Good aroma of piney and resinous hops with a good dose of caramel malt. The flavor has the same elements going from sweet to bitter in the finish, it’s fairly well balanced and entertaining. The body has a light to medium thickness with an oily texture and accompanied by soft carbonation. A good, solid IPA.

Tap: amber with huge white, rocky head. Great lacing almost the entire glass is covered in film. Up front really biting orange zest aroma, with hints of lemon and pine. Flavor exactly as aroma woulld indicate. Zest character is so big, there is no malt detectable whatsoever, but seems very well balanced. Mouthfeel maybe a tad thin, but a fine IPA all around.

Draft at brewpub. Clear amber color with a moderate white head that is lasting and produced very good lacing. Heavy hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Very solid hoppy flavor with a pleasing bitter finish. Nicely done.

pours a dark amber color with a small head. Aroma is weak of hops and grass. Flavor is bitter with lots of hops. It definitly is missing some balance however.
