COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This amber colored beer is creamy and delectable, probably our best India Pale Ale yet. Hops, hops and more hops will satisfy even the most extreme hop head.

(growler, thanks Schultzenliesl) Small off-white head atop clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, watermelon/strawberry, orange, some caramel, light grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some watermelon/strawberry. Much more bitter than the nose would indicate. Watery medium body, light resin.

Draft... Clear, light amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Floral aroma with a hint of evergreen. Malty, caramel flavor with balancing hop bitterness of pink grapefruit and juniper. Short, crisp finish. Very drinkable.

Draft at brewpub. Clear amber color with a moderate white head that is lasting and produced very good lacing. Heavy hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Very solid hoppy flavor with a pleasing bitter finish. Nicely done.

Bottle acquired in trade with Pailhead (thanks!). Brewed on 04-04-05 and best before 07-04-05. Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with virtually no head. Lighter aromas of mainly flowers with some light citrus. Tastes of flowers, sweet malts and light pine. Has a medium sweet to a lighter bitter balance.

Thanks to PilsnerPeter for sharing this one with me. Rich and sweet smelling with lots of nice crystal malt sweetness. Lots of light tangering, cherry and a sweet citrusy juiciness. Sweet and fruity. Light hoppy flavour over a prominent peachy/orange sweetness. There is a kiss of piny flavour on the back as well. Soft bitterness but there is a nice richness and a bit of peppery character as well. Lightly minty on the finish. It’s definitely on the sweeter side of the IPA category, but it’s pretty nice nonetheless.

On tap at the brewpub on 4/27/06: Pours a clear copper orange with a thin-lacing wispy white head. Nice, fresh green hoppy, piney grapefruit aroma has good caramel malty balance. Starts semi-sweet with good caramel malty presence and nice, fresh hoppy balance. An enjoyable IPA.

Pint at the brewery. Hugely grassy nose full of dry, sharp and tingly hop notes. Pasty and grassy on the tongue, with some milky notes and some dank, grassy, vibrant hop resins. A fun beer to drink.
