Bottle courtesy of Brandon. Pours clear greenish pale golden leaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is fruity and floral with honey, kiwi, unripe pears. dry soil, white grapes and hints of alcohol and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is tiny dry, tiny oily, tiny tart, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny sour with heavy kiwi pear grape fruitiness, floral honey and dry soil. Very balanced, subtle and delicious.

Bottle: The aroma consists moderate honey and some citrus notes...but hard to pinpoint kiwi. It’s a transparent white-gold with no head. The flavor starts with moderate honey and a touch of kiwi. I probably wouldn’t pinpoint kiwi if not for the name/description. The finish has light apple and honey. It’s medium bodied with minimal carbonation.

Bottle @ Kuhnhenn: Light pear skin & straw color with no bubbles. Aroma is very subdued & muted. Mild honey. Maybe some pear, but not much. No kiwi or other fruit on the nose. Flavor luckily has a bit of tart kiwi, pear, & lime, all outlined with an undercurrent of honey sweetness. Still, very light overall. Somewhat uneventful.

Pours clear pale golden greenish yellow with a high fizzy white head...is it supposed to be carbonated? Aroma is honey some pears...where’s the kiwi? Flavor is astringent acidy dry slightly perry vinous.

2011 bottle. Not a lot going on here on the whole thing. Not much smell. A light white grape aroma. Very light off yellow wine color. The flavor does have a nice tropical note with kiwi and apples being a big contribution. Has a slight alcohol feel on the back end. Pretty easy drinking.

Bottle shared at meadme’s mead tasting, poured a clear light yellow color with a ton of white wine, kiwi and light grapes. Flavors were light kiwi and light white wine. Not the best mead Ive had from them but an interesting try.

Bottle @ home via trade with readbaron. Thanks! Pours a bit hazy quite light yellow appearance with a spritzy white easy that dissipates quickly. Lots of ears, apples, tropical fruits, and white wine in the nose. Spritzy, juicy pear, red apple, spicy honey, vanilla, white grape flavor. Very fruity with plenty of boost.

Pour out of 375 mL bottle, clear yellow pour with no head, slightly fizzy, aroma brought notes of lots of lime, kiwi, lots of tropical fruit, hints of oak, slight hints of white grape. Taste is a mix of lots of lime, kiwi, white fruit, with white grape, pear, peach, finishing slightly bubbly, hints of oak, dried berries, Tasty, very bold.

Sweet, boozy, tropical fruit and kiwi. The grapes make it even more tropical.
