On tap at brewery. Aroma is weak but vinous, with notes of saw dust and spice. Orange amber hue with an average sized off-white head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is resinous and spicy and saw dust. Finishes bitter. Light/medium bodied with lively carbonation. Kind of crappy and not worth a release party IMHO.

Jun 15, 2008 On tap at Kuhnhenn, poured amber with a off-white head, and left good lacing. Body was a bit murky. Aroma was faint and hard to discern, frankly. All I could tell is that it was moderately malty, and lightly hoppy. Flavor was a bit sweet. Texture was a bit creamy, with soft carbonation. Just OK.

May 19, 2008 Draft @ Brewpub: I generally like this style, and I thought this was pretty good. Copper-orange pour. Aroma of dried apple and toffee, with golden raisin. Flavor of resin, light dried fruits, and caramel malt. Overall pretty balanced and tasty.

May 30, 2007 Hazy pale/light amber body with a white head. The aroma is herbal, dough, peach. The flavor is biscuit, bread, herbal and light citrus. Medium body is soft and slightly creamy.
