COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The return of the Metry’s, it is a very light lager in color. It has a light, sweet grainy aroma with Noble hops present. This beer is well balanced and finishes clean. A light beer with a lot of alcohol, so be careful!!

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2007 Draft at pub (listed 7.2% alcohol), pours medium to dark gold with a full hat of white foam that stayed for a visit, whiffs of bread, pilsner malt, hops, taste that reminded me of a pilsner with lots of malty flavor, some pepper on the palate, has a full mouth feel, hop bite bitterness with malty sweetness, if you like the taste of a lager you will love this, this came off as a heavy duty pilsner with hops, dry in the finish, great brew, I will get this again.

Draft at pub. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a nice foamy white head Aroma is a funky yeasty one with notes of malt and haoney. Flavor is well rounded with a mild hop finish.

Draft @ Kuhnhenn. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a lasting foamy white head. Nose is grassy, honey. Taste is lots of grass and honey, somewhat sweet and lightly playful in your mouth. A light bitterness in the finish.

Cloudy, straw-colored, little white head. Bitter nose, with sulphur, sour notes, some malt. Funny sort of sweet, grainy flavor. Thin, slightly bitter.

Oh yeah baby another Bock for the collection,Thanks go to FootBalm for sending me this bad boy.Cloudy golden/orange color, small white head that faded quickly leaving little behind.Sort of a fruity sour aroma with a wheat like character coming through as well.Scratch that it has a belgian aroma in it.This is about as far from being a true bock as i am from being a billionaire. The flavor just is not what you’d expect a Bock to have.Fruity with a citrusy sour side and the hops come through well enough but not in a good way.The brew finishes up with a slightly atringent after taste that kind of hangs on the pallate for awhile.Belgian ale Maybe,Bock i don’t think so,back to the drawing board i think for these guys. It is drinkable but a little dissappointing for the style.

Pours a murky golden brew.Looks okay and has a lot of funk going on with the aroma action, not unlike old unwashed socks.Musty, and yet sweet, sweet and then again sour.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2008 Honey yellow color with hardly a head at all. Aroma is lightly citrus. Taste is like pure malt extract with some fuggle juice. Medium bodied and somewhat dry and light bitterness.

Tap: golden color with a white head. Sort of skunky euro lager aroma and flavor to it. Not my favorite. Probably true to style, but my taste buds aren’t into it.

Golden clear body topped by a white head. Grainy toasted white bread aroma. Minimal sweetness. Lightly dough medium sweet and lightly bitter. Dry medium body. Alcohol is totally hidden. Intersting stuff.

very enjoyable pale lager. quite light for a bock, but still tasty. more like a "lager" than a typical cider, but more flavorful than a "lager" is supposed to be. definitely a fun winter seasonal. very drinkable.
