Bottle shared with Keith, Scott, Bill, and Frank. Pours a green tinted light clearish golden color with thin head and lacing, pretty much nothing. Aromas are earthy spearmint gardens, wrigleys gum stick, herbals, and light honey. The honey mostly comes through in the taste, along with fresh mint, earthy black teas. So refreshing, thick mouth but smooth as silk. Perfect thing to drink before a ride home.

12 ounce bottle shared by jack at the WWGT2D2U? tasting, 5/29/14. Pours a hazy golden color with no head, moderate legs. Aroma of honey, spearmint, glue, tea. Solid but slightly medicinal. The taste is strong tea, spearmint, honey. Medium bodied, no carbonation, hot. Solid, but reminds me too much of my toothpaste.

Offering shared at RateBeer Grand Tasting 2014 (St. Louis, MO). Pours a hazy champagne hue, a gentle glow and haze meets a bright white ring head. Mellow stick around and lacing. Aromas are spearmint, touches of apple, faint honey. A bit of earth, gentle sweetness, cool and refreshing with that weird fruity honey sweetness. Initial is lighter end some gentle sweetness, cooler with the mint trailing in. Touches of faint honey, crisp apple and a bit more dry. Earthy and minty, this one works a lot better than the nose suggests. Nose is a bit odd but mead delivers.

Bottle. Thanks to JohnnieNepal! Gold with no head whatsoever. Nails it as far as providing an aroma reminiscent of a mint julep. Plenty of mint, lemon tea. Quite herbal, almost dank. A bit hot. Some sickly pear juice and apple. Strong mint and smoked herbs. Full body, oily.
