3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at The Oak Cafe. Pours a slightly cloudy red-brown color with a small head that fades normally. Aroma is spicy rye mixed with some citrus and biscuit malt. Taste is decent but boring. The spicy rye is nice but it tastes a tad watery and stale. Finish is bitter, dry citrus and rye spice lingers. Overall, ok, probably won’t drink this again.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub...the most striking feature of this brew is its remarkably creamy mouth-feel. The spiciness of the rye and earthiness of the hops add nice complexity and a satisfying finish,

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught. Aroma has notes of spicy rye, sticky caramel, and citrus hops. Medium amber hue with an average off-white head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is medium to heavy sweet and bitter. Palate is full bodied and oily soft. Overall a sticky Rye brew that I really liked. Full bodied with spicy bold flavors. Good mouth feel.
