Fruity taste of pineapple, grapefruit, citrus with a sweet malt backer. Very tasty with a lower bitterness and hides the alcohol well.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, fruity and floral with crackers, biscuits, tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange zest, marzipan, steel and wild flowers. Taste is sweet. tiny bitter and tiny sour with biscuits, marzipan, overripe tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange zest, bread and hints of sheet metal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny clogging and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with biscuits, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest and hints of overripe tropical fruits and bread.

Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s light amber with a small head. Herbal hop nose, grassy meadow. Lemon meat. Some coriander, mashed banana, belgian yeasty spice. THe taste is caramelized orange peel, banana bread. More peppery belgian yeast. Slightly syrupy on the finish. Medium body, smooth. Pretty good stuff.

On tap @CBC13. Dark yellow with white head. Aroma and taste malty and caramelly, some bisquit, yeast and hops. Taste is fairly bitter, yeasty herby with alcoholol notes.

Pours clear golden with a nice, creamy, white head. Aroma has mild citrus, resin, doughy malts. Medium to low carbonation, creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, malty, resiny, citrus, peach. Kinda sweet and boring. Some light dryness towards the end.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Slightly hazy orange. Aroma of yeast, fruity esters and a bit of spiciness. Sweetish flavor, yeasty and fruity, with a bit of spiciness and a mildly bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Can’t find too much Simcoe in there.
