In short: A very sweet mead with a spicy fruity twist. Ok dessert sipper.
How: Bottle shared pre-HF FoFA 2013 tasting.
The look: Clear golden blonde body with no head.
In long: Nose is honey, candied apples, sweet peaches, other sweet stuff. An aroma that inspires sweetness but is nonetheless somehow inviting. Mouthfeel is what you’d expect, thick, a bit sticky, low carbonation. Taste is honeyed pastry, pie crust covered with peaches and grapes, a moderate spiciness creating a iced cinnamon bun sensation. This is a very sweet dessert drink that you drink slowly. It does the job for what it is but I wouldn’t drink a full bottle of this, something I have no problem doing with equally sweet quality Iced Ciders. I preferred its sister Taste of Peach Icewine Pyment. I don’t understand the love for this thing, but at the tasting I didn’t argue with the dude who said he love this mead, I just said nothing and maintained eye contact.

Relaly tasty mead, like a spiced peach cobbler. Not ass shatteringly honey-sweet.

Bottle from Brian - thanks! Clear, still light yellow pour. Aroma is peach and a gummy mint character with trailing alcohol spice. Taste is thick and sweet with peach, honey, dense sugar, and a light alcohol bitterness into the finish. Coating mouthfeel. Intense and interesting.

MeadMe (1610) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Pours golden. Aromas of honey soaked peaches. Flavor is full on peach. The fuzzy Georgia type that are found right now on road side stands. There is a nice honey sweetness as well. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon push through as well. A wonderful mead that is pure dessert in a glass.

Bottle with alan, liam, and joe. Pours goldish with no head or lace. Nose is butter, vanilla, peach cobbler and honey. Notes were peach, cinnamon toast, apples, wax, white whine, and skin fuzz. A little hot but nothing to drag it down. Honey peach hi chew biscuit pie. Fuck, this is really good mead meh.
