Dark nut brown body with a nice light tan head. Lighlty dusty, fruity, caramel aroma. The flavor is caramel, dark fruits, light bitter chocolate. Dry with a long lingering finish. Really nice stuff.

from my favorite brewery, from the tap. poured a nicec brownish red. aroma, caramels, malts and some hops, and a hint of alcohol. this was differant than I am use toin the aroma area so it took me a while to get the the aromas I got. flavors, mild amounts of caramels malts and hops this is a well balanced beer for me. I hope they brewered a lot of this stuff.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2004 Bottled. Yummy, some really great burnt plastic aromas here, and sticky caramel plus abundance of spicy hallertauer make this pretty trad - but then you throw in a sourish yeast component from the bottle conditioning and you have an interesting beer.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2004 This is probably the best beer that I've had at Kuhnhenn's. Murky dark brown with little head, this beer had some kick to it. The flavor was hoppy, but of the aftertaste just kinda died off in your mouth. I would certainly recommend this beer if you are at Kuhnhenns.
