Nice close to clear golden color. Bit of bready aroma followed by some sweetness. Light sweet flavor with a crisp finish with a touch of lingering bitter hops

Pour on tap at GABF, clear yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, hints of slight grassy spice, slight earth, touch of honey, slight grainy notes with hints of hay and straw. Taste is a mix of hay, earth, straw into some biscuit, bread, slight grassy notes, finishing fairly clean, slightly dry.

Draft at Kuhnhenn, listed at 4%. Pours a clear pale gold color with a small frothy head that lingers nicely. Aroma is sweet grain with a very light fruitiness. Taste starts with sweet grain, a bit of straw and grass. Very light flowers and fruit in the finish. Medium body, nice smooth mouthfeel. Crisp finish. A nice summer beer.

Draft at Barcade with Andrew and Brendan. Pours a clear golden body with frothy white head and light lacing. Aroma is sweet straw, fruity malts and light grain. Mouthfeel is clean, refreshing and crisp but sort of ends with a slightly unpleasant grainy finish. Ok beer, above average for a Kolsch.

On tap. Poured a near clear gold with a white head that lasted throughout the beer and laced nicely. Aroma was full of sweet grains with some caramel and a nice underlying light fruit. Flavor had lots of sweet grains as well with a hint of nuttiness as well as an underlying caramel.
