A beige tinge to a white wine in appearance, with a fruity white wine aroma and distinct natural vanilla. Smooth, drinkable. On sweeter side, and since 2004 was complex in vanilla and mild spice. Smoother, easier drinking than their other meads that I have tried, with a slightly acidic and satisfying finish and aftertaste.
