This poured a hazy light orange color with a white head. Aroma was of somewhat strong spices, mainly coriander and lemon zest, with some yeast notes too. Flavor was a nice blend onf fruity lmons and oranges, with belgian spices and yeast. A nice example of the style.

Draft. Yellow with a tall frothy head. Lots of flavor ... Wheat, a little sweetness, refreshing but strong. Very good overall and different than many I have had before. Recommend

Draught at Rattle ´n Ham, NYC 120907. Pale golden beer with a white small head. Citrus, some rubber and fruity aroma. Sweet with some sourness, fruity flavour.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Fruity Belgian yeast, peachy almost, with spicy ginger-like notes and light floral hops. Pretty good.

Draught at Rattle&Hum, NYC. Pale golden beer with a quite nice lasting offwhite head. Hoppy yeasty aroma, glue, grass, banana, spicy, some coriander, bready, lemon, some grapefruit. Yeasty spicy flavor, banana, some glue, grass, grapefruit, citrus, some alcohol. Hoppy spicy finish with grass, coriander and some grapefruit.

On tap @ RnH (Kuhnhenn and Perennial night) with Andy and James. Light, murky yellow pour. Light banana and zest. More delicate and balanced than the hefe, with more flavor to boot.

Rattle ’n Hum, NY 14oz tap ($8): Pours a very pale yellow body with a white head. Aroma is fruity sugar and yeast. Taste is rather sweet and fruity. It is probably actually a bit too sweet for me. Some aftertaste. Nothing too great, but plenty nice was a heavy wheat beer.

On tap at Kuhnhenn tap room. Pours a cloudy golden. White head. Sweet belgian aroma of coriander, spice, and banana. Sweet flavor of banana and wheat. Medium to thick palate. Very tasty, but a bit sweet to drink more then one.

Poured up on tap at Kuhnhenn with gold to copper body that is somewhat opaque and supporting a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up a little yeasty notes, a little dusty notes and then some faint banana like esters. The taste has lots of yeasty estery banana and apple notes and then rolling into cloves and a pinch of black pepper. This is yet another nice offering.

Amber with minimal head. Slight tartness. Complex flavor profile. Fantastic beer.
