COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kulmbacher Edelherb is pale and dry. Its special taste is thanks to the soft brewing water from pristine, crystal-clear springs of the Fichtelgebirge, the noblest malting barley from regional farmlands, handpicked hops from the Hallertau, and our legendary brewing skills.

Shared bottle by Kåre. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is weak grassy and caramel. Taste is grainy malts, very weak dry finish, a bit boring.

Ich finde es trägt den Namen Edelherb nicht umsonst es ist sehr Feinhopfig, erdig und würzig. Ein Pils für den herzhaften Gaumen.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2016 Bottled July 2015. L: Pours clear golden with a lot of small rising bubbles. Thick white head 3 fingers tall. S: Slight sweet smell with a bit of hops. T: Tastes also sweet. I found some malts tasting like dough or bread. Slight bitternes. F: Very light bodied, watery, good carbonation. O: This is not what i like in beers. It fits company drinking but do not worth it.

Ein einfaches, würziges Pils ohne nennenswerte Extrapunkte. Handwerklich gut.

Flaske. Farven er lys strågul med en hvid skumkrone. Aromen og smagen er som den kan forventes af en almindelig gennemsnitlig tysk pilsner.

0.5 l bottle from Alko, Helsinki. Looks like average pale lager, but taste has malts and German bittering hops.... and herb like taste. No American citrus here, just European herbs. Yep, taste more interesting you would expect.

Just a lousy mass produced german beer. Apart from a bitter hop aroma nothing at all can be perceived. I would not recommend this.

Huge white head. Chrystal clear pale golden. Malty aroma. Fresh, malty, creamy and herbal. Noble and classy.
