Kulmbacher Edelherb is pale and dry. Its special taste is thanks to the soft brewing water from pristine, crystal-clear springs of the Fichtelgebirge, the noblest malting barley from regional farmlands, handpicked hops from the Hallertau, and our legendary brewing skills.

Clear, bright golden yellow. White head is thick, full coverage. Smells sweet like augar, flowers, and tastes like corn, barley and medicine. A sweet, floral pilsner. Really throws you off if youre looking for a pilsner.

Alengrin (2938) - BELGIUM - AUG 21, 2014
Typically southern German-style Pilsener with snow white, thin but stable, moussy head and light golden blonde colour, cristal clear as expected. Aroma reveals pale malt sweetness, bit grainy and cheesy, as well as aromatic Hallertau hops. Pure, clean pale malts taste, rounded, medium carbonation, clear but modestly hoppy in the finish, aromatic, medium dry. Not the biggest personality among German Pilseners but very decent and excellently serving its purpose as a thirst-quencher.
