Kulmbacher Edelherb is pale and dry. Its special taste is thanks to the soft brewing water from pristine, crystal-clear springs of the Fichtelgebirge, the noblest malting barley from regional farmlands, handpicked hops from the Hallertau, and our legendary brewing skills.

Can. Golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is yeasty and dry, and the flavour is fairly bitter with yeasty and dryness. Overall a reasonable pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden color with a medium soapy white head that dissipated rather quickly. The aroma is grainy, watery, and some sweet bready malts. The taste is rather sweet up front with some breadiness but there is a small hop kick on the back-end. The mouthfeel is on the medium to light side. Good beer!

500ml can from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale gold, thick white head. Aromas of sweat, metal, light lemon, cooked corn. Taste is astringent, grim, industrial.

Pale yellow, white lacing foam head. Aboslutely a normal, decent German beer, nothing wrong, nothing wow either. (Velp 201502)

500 ml bottle
Clear white golden beer with big white head. Aroma has butter, white bready malts, grassy and herbal hops. Flavor is malty, slightly citrusy, slightly herbal. Palate is thin, a bit watery, with medium carbonation. Finish has quite mild bitterness. Aftertaste is white bready, herbal, grassy and watery. Not the tastiest German Pils out there.

Durchaus trinkbar.

bottle @ Jungle Jim’s / Eastgate OH --- Clear golden amber with a 3" white head that slowly drops off, a full curtain of lace. Good looking. Aroma is very very light malt. Taste is light caramel malt with a small insertion of hops in the finish. Pretty basic, pretty light, pretty simple.

Pours pale-golden with medium head. Aroma of hops, no other notes are noted. The beer is actually quite taste-free. First there is a sour-like taste, that is quickly lost, mild carbination washes the mouth and a mild hoppy finish is all that is left after you drink it.

Malziger Geruch mit Hopfenblume ins zitronige. Einigermaßen Herb mit schönen Hopfennoten. Mundgefühl ein bisschen pelzig.
