(Bottled) Very pale golden color with a large head. Very grassy-hoppy, slightly buttery aroma. Buttery, grassy-hoppy, somewhat sweet and corny-malty flavor. Light to medium-bodied, slicky and slightly harshly bitter, quite carbonated palate. Quite harshly hopped and uninteresting German pilsener-style lager.

Light golden colour with a white head. Sweet and malty aroma with some apple. Sweet and malty flavor.

Golden coloured. Mild and malty with a smooth mouthfeel. Rather well balanced.

Golden color with white head. The taste is malty with a balanced finish. Has very light earthy notes.

A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grain. The flavor is sweet with notes malt and hints of grain as well as hops.

Standard dortmunder aroma. Golden, ok head. Malt based flavor, some sweet corn, forgettable hops. Boring mouthfeel. Thinish and international.

Pours yellow with a thick white head. Mildly skunky aroma. Mildly sweet with a bitter finish and some roastiness.

Boy was I disappointed in this bier. Among the first biers I legally tasted (18 yo) was Kulmbacher Reichelbrau Helles, it was my opening into a world of beers beyond the American macro swill. I must have drank 200+ of that bier in 2 years. This lager however is very average at best, sweet and malty which lingers on the palate way too long. Needs more hop presence for balance.I really wish I could get my hands on a Reichelbrau, but I'm afraid that's just one memory that must remain just that, a memory.

Canned (330 ml). Boring mass production beer. Average bitterness.
