Bottle. [Great two day tasting session @ Papsoe] Average thick egg-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Light sparkling body with a yellow grain like color. Aroma of grain, toffee, fruit, hint of bread. Over the palate light hoppy floral notes, hint of toffee and dusty grain. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Well balanced light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and bitter finish. Mild and smooth but quit nice and very drinkable.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a golden colour with a white lacy head with good retention. Aroma of grassy hops and some citrusy notes. Flavour of sweetish honey-like malts, citrus, grassy hops and some toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a light malty finish with light bitterness as well. High drinkability. Good and well balanced.

Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Mild malty aroma with mild notes of grassy hops and cardboard. Flavour is simple but quite fresh. Malt, grassy hops, mild sweetness and wet cardboard. Mild (very mild) grassy bitterness in aftertaste.

Light golden color with a fine head. Mild aroma. Caramel and fruity flavor.Very easy drinkable.

Bottle. Light golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma. Light, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint bread. Finish is short to average, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish. Thin-bodied and lightly sweetish lager - no hoppyness.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Golden colour, big fluffy white head, that vanishes after a while. Aroma is bready malts, mild grains, some floral and mild fruity notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is rather malty and at the same time very florally bitter with some slight fruity and wooden notes coming more through towards the end. Also some nice herbal notes in the aftertaste. A very pleasantly balanced brew.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy. Fine spicy, modest dry background. A bit wheaty. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Some hints of lemon at the end. Really nice!

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pale, watery gold colour. Light carbonation. Buttery. Few hops. Not much happening, but drinkable.

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet mat, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101127]

Bottle:Light grainy aroma with light notes of lemon. Pale golden color, foamy white head. Flavor is light grainy with nutty components and some hay. GRassy hops and some notes of lemon. Very light dry aftertaste.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a small white foam on top. Lively carbonation. Grain and hay. Thin palate. Short end
