A mid golden coloured beer with a frothy, but quickly dissipating white head. A very light bready malt aroma, hints of cereal and a touch of yeast. Fizzy but medium-bodied mouthfeel. A dry but rounded, biscuity malt taste, along with the cereal element from the aroma, oats and wheat. Then a tart fruity hop flavour comes from the background to give the finish a sharp tang.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Golden colour, big fluffy white head, that vanishes after a while. Aroma is bready malts, mild grains, some floral and mild fruity notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is rather malty and at the same time very florally bitter with some slight fruity and wooden notes coming more through towards the end. Also some nice herbal notes in the aftertaste. A very pleasantly balanced brew.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy. Fine spicy, modest dry background. A bit wheaty. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Some hints of lemon at the end. Really nice!
