330 ml clear bottle, now available in Norway (Vinmonopolet). Pale golden colour, decent head. The "skunky" whiff when opening the bottle is actually the best thing with this beer - the longer lasting aroma is sweetish and grassy, notes of maize (corn) even though this is a Reinheitsgebot beer. Flavour is very bland, just a little maize-like sweetness and minimal hops. Kulmbacher have obviously been tempted to produce a beer for the younger crowd of swill drinkers, people who really don’t like the taste of beer at all. Shame on you, Kulmbacher - you can do so much better than this!

Bottle. Seems well hopped (Saaz or German noble stuff?) Standard pale yellow lager color, very gentle carbonation floating up. Sweet initial, like soggy graham crackers, and then flattens into very little in mid palate, and almost nothing in aftertaste. Verrrry light body. A bit thin and not really so interesting.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass.

Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, light vegetables, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain and caramel and manure. Sweet malt and carboard flavour

Botella, clear golden. Grain maltish hoppish like aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour of grain, mild malt, bit sweet.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head and lacings. Sulfur, grain and corn. Cheap industrial "feel". Thin body.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, vegetable, hops, straw and a little bitter.

Smells a bit of funk lager. Flavor is crisp and dry but definitely pale lagerish. A bit of a coating character. Okay.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma is mild with notes of malt, grain and straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower and the finish is slightly dry. It’s very mild and has practically no bitterness.

(33cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short but dense and slightly off-white foamy head. Light-sweet malty nose with sour dough and grassy, perfumed hops. Moderately sweet and faint bitter flavour, light bodied with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Doughy and slightly papery malty taste with grassy notes; moderately dry, slightly grassy hoppy and short finish (03.XI.08).
