Pours dark amber/copper color with small, mostly diminishing white head. Clear body, fizzy carbonation, medium body. Light to moderate malty aroma, bread, corn. Light earthy. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Tastes like a liquid bread, slightly acidic. Finish is dry and alcoholic.

Not too great bock. Drinkable but a very sweet taste that is almost similar to a doppelbock

50cc bottle. Pour red amber with beige head. Caramel, fruit peach/apricot, some charcoal smokiness. Sweet but with a slightly bitterness in the end. It is oily. Typical and well crafted bock

500ml bottle served in a big chalice. Enjoyed in Rome, in a restaurant besides the Coliseum. A: Pours a clear and beautiful amber color forming a medium light yellow color with low retention and some few lacings left in the glass. A thin layer remains for long on the top. S: Sweet and malty notes. Notes of toffee, plums and honey. Good notes of flowery hops in the end. T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong malty backbone. Strong notes of caramel and honey. Crystal malts and hints of dark fruits. Grassy hops profile. Light hops bitterness. Warming. M: Heavy body. Medium to low carbonation. Toffee malty aftertaste. O: Good drinkability. Not impressive but very honest and classic Bockbier.
