COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Sit down and toss back a few!” Good Ol’ Boy is an American Pale Ale, brewed to be enjoyed in the company of good friends. It is a deep golden color with a sturdy white head. The aromas of biscuity barley, wheat and citrusy hops bring to mind an English muffin slathered with orange marmalade. The flavor is a balance of soft, biscuity malt and lingering orangey Cascade hops. The finish is crisp and dry.

Bellingham, Wa - on tap at Kulshan. Sparkling, light copper pour, off white creamy head, nice lacing. Fresh lake water aroma, slight hint of mint. Flavor has some subtle citrus bitterness, some nutty notes, a brief hint of mint sweetness. Crisp mouthfeel. Rating #6 of 2016 vacation.

Draft pour pint at The Commons. Clear golden pour with a thin oily head. Aroma is sweet and fruit forward. Citrus flavor with a sweet, cool finish. Quite refreshing. I’m drinking this in the wrong season. I would enjoy the hell out of this in the heat of the summer. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Golden in color with a fizzy white head. Aroma was more grain than hop with hay and grassy aromas. Only a slight citrus. Flavors were cereal and a light malt sweetness. Hop flavors are extremely faint, but the finish is clean. Its okay.

On Tap at the original Bellingham taproom. Very light pale yellow. Light malty cereal aroma. A touch of floral hoppiness. Definitely mild for a pale ale. Clean and simple and with out flaws.

Straw, quite light, spicy hop character, the finish is quick, and it’s overall just a light beer.

Hazy golden color with compact head. Dry, smooth, with delicate hop quality, lightly citrusy.
Easy.

Tap @ brewery. Darker golden pour with a white head. Aroma is light bitterness with a somewhat off aroma like a stale lager. Taste is mostly bitterness with light grain and some more substantial malt notes including toffee. Not bad.

Sampled on tap at Kulshan tasting room, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grains and light spicy hops. Flavour is the same, with a grassy spicy finish. Solid pale - lightly hoppy.
