Jul 22, 2008 (33cl bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blonde foamy white head. Sweet, yeasty and citrus-fruity grainy aroma with a touch of honey and flowery hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a touch of fruity sourness; grainy and sour doughy taste; sweet and slightly bitter, doughy and yeasty finish with a light herbal and floral hops character. Decent Zwickel (22.07.08).

Sep 8, 2007 Bottled. A slightly hazy yellow beer wtih a slight green shine under a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light citrusy note from the hops. The flavor is sweet malty with a light touch of hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Somewhat boring.

Dec 20, 2006 Draught, at the brewpub, November 2006. Faintly hazy gold, good lasting off white head and gentle condition. Muted gentle graininess in the nose, pleasantly sweet but muted malt character in the mouth with a low hop floweriness, gentle sweet but short finish.

Nov 19, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving laces. Soft, malty aroma. Medium body with very sweet malts and a very limited bitterness. Not that different from the Hell. 131106
