Bottle. Golden, hazy very fluffy and quickly collapsing white head. Grainy nose with a mouldy-fruity touch, a bit like apple juice. Light to medium bodied, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour. Sweet-bitter finish with a distinctive citrousy-fruity touch. Unusual, but quite O.K. ........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet malty nose with a citrus-fruity hoppy and unclear soapy touch. Light-bitter flavour, simple malty base with shy herbal and fruity notes, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation; slim and shy hoppy, slightly sulphury finish (18.07.08).

Draft. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light hoppy note. The flavor is sweet malty with a fresh hoppy note, but a light note of metal is a drawback. The finish is dry and bitter.
