Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.

Light unclear light to medium yellow orange colour with a huge, creamy, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, flowers, elderflowers. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120726]

A bit of a watery aroma, some caramel, some dishcloth. Tastes a bit better - there’s a rich syrupy roast component, but a sourness too. Harsh palate, sharp, but also watery and a bit minerally again. Not doing it for me. Very homebrewy, and I have brewed better beer than this.

(Draught at SOPP’12) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had green apples and hint of grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were green apples, tarness, metallicness and bitterness. Aftertaste had green apples and bitterness. A beer the fermentation of which didn’t finish properly.

Pours slight yellow golden with a small head. Aroma grass, fruits, citrus and slight grass. Slightly acidic fruity taste, kind of like sour cider. Strange stuff.

Draught (4,4%) @ Kahdet Kasvot
Light and slightly sweet aroma with some peaches, hay, hints of citron and bitter herbs. Flavour is strong on rather tart citron that gets even stronger towards the somewhat watery finish. Hints of peaches and hay on some sips. A bit unusual and rather straightforward. Too much citron for me here.
