A Mes rate: bottle at the Harry vs Wolfman fist fight.
Pale gold colour. Lovely frozen alcohol and apple aroma. Similar flavour, this is very much like an ice cider in flavour. Tart and sweet, absolutely lovely. Dry as hell, a real palate cleanser. German cider, whowouldathunkit?

Bottle at Chris O’s tasting, 26th Sept 2008. By a miscalculation, this is my surprise 1000th rate! And what a surprise it is - a highly drinkable German cider! Mes nails it with his rate - straw yellow, frozen alcohol aroma, nice apple taste and very dry and drinkable. I love the chunky bottle with its old-school cross-hatching. I’d love to have a couple of bottles of this in the cupboard.

Bottle at chris_o’s pre beer exposed tasting. Alround rating: German cider? Appley, ripe cooking apples, on the sweet side, reasonable carbonation. Drinkable enough.

Bottle @ Chris_o’s Pre-Beer Exposed Tasting, September 2008.
Pours pale golden with almost no head. Aroma has soft, sweet apples. Soft mouthfeel, rather thin. Flavour is apples, some light tartness - but just incredibly boring.
