Dark brown almost black pour, small beige head. Decent roasty aroma, solid cereals, light coffee. Solid mouth feel, soft carb. A touch of soy in the finish, light roasted malts, medium bitterness.

(330cc, BB 03/02/13) Pours a dark brown body with a medium beige head. Aroma of cocoa, minerals, dates, raisins, and molasses. Flavor of raisins, cocoa, light roasted grain, some ash, cola, and sassafras.

Aroma a malta un poco tostada. Color marrón muy oscuro casi negro, poca espuma de color marrón claro . Sabor a tostado que perdura hasta el final y amargor leve.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy brown black with red highlighted edges with tan head. Aroma is sweet roast and veggie. Taste is a gritty smoke with sweet malt.

Caramel, roasty, low head retention, a very sweet and light beer, not excellent but a good one

Sampled in Chile. A really nicely made bock. The malts are really well crafted and drink nicely with a bit of pop. Hops are mild.

A pretty decent drink. Some coffee tones and aroma. Smell has a little sweetness, caramel.

Thanks to Ricardo Pavez who brought it all the way from the brewery in Valdivida, Chile!!! Nice solid bock, easy to drink, some smoke and good malty flavor.
