Brewed with pale and special caramel malt, hops imported from Southern Germany, fine Ale yeast and pure water from the Mountains near Valdivia. This beer of Super Premium character has a great aroma and leaves in the mouth a fine smokey sensation. (Translation by Panzerfaust).

Poured in the glass a clear dark caramel beer it’s seen, with a persistent and stable brown head and good balance in carbonation. The aroma remembers banana, caramel and some spicy notes. In palate has a medium body and oily feel, and astringent finish maybe created by the alcoholic content.

Big caramel beer that is a little sweet and molassy on the palate. Got a little bit of a metallic tinge hence the poor overall.

(Backlog from late summer 2012 trip.) Draft at Chile airport. Pours a bright, clear, copper color; white head with solid lacing. Basic, crisp and clean aroma with touches of caramelized sugar. Medium to medium-light body; medium carbonation; crisp, lean body with nicely clean fermentation (nothing off here at all), showing light caramel and toffee with restrained sweetness. A nicely handled lager, if quite light overall; balanced finish of caramel and a touch of noble-hop spiciness. Very drinkable.
