Unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, spicy, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Jun 14, 2008 Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear orange beer with a thick lazing white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana. The falvor is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish with the note of banana lingering.

Jun 2, 2008 Light golden and hazy with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of wheat, coriander/yeast and citrus. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of wheat, coriander, yeast, citrus and it’s smooth and pleasant. IMO more a Belgian Wit than a German Hefe – but anyhow, it’s a nice and very uncomplicated thirst quencher.

May 28, 2008 Århus2008. From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. Aroma is dry banana yeasty with a mild wheaty note. Medium sweet flavour with a mild fruity citrusy twist. Nice flavour and balance. Light hoppy finish with a mild fruity note.
