Quite full-bodied with plenty of burned malts, coffee, licorice and a hint of vanilla. Has an ashy edge. Rather burned, malt bitter finish. Very solid. Great to see Kvajj finally showing some skills. 040408

Roasted aroma of malts, coffee, grass and pine needles.
Roasted flavour of coffee, caramel, hops and pine needles.
Dry roasted finish.

Apr 5, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours pitch black with a lacing brown head. Light roasted and chocolate malt aroma. Flavour is roasted malt with a light and smooth chocolate note. Nice lingering roasted malt and chocolate finish. Light hoppy bitterness and also from the roasted malt comes a bitterness. Light acidity into the finish.

Apr 25, 2008 Bottle at Chris_o’s The Wolf tasting. Kvajj hahahahahahhaha (childish I know). Black with dark brown edges. Very intense roasted malts. Pretty good stuff, bit it soy sauce.

May 8, 2008 Bottle. Clear dark black color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, and dry coffe dusty finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. It is super good the first one or two sips but it is hard to drink a bottle off, it gets a little to coffee dusty. (010408)
