EBF2008. It’s hazy golden with a nice, white head. The aroma has notes of both banana and a little oranges and spice and yeast. The flavour has sweetness and slightly perfumed notes of banana, light oranges, clove, light wheat and yeast.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana, camomile. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Camomile sweet. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [120908]

(On tap) Very hazy pale golden with a nice, off-white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and some cloves. Medium body with a low carbonation, distinct notes of chamomile and some yeast and phenols. No bitterness. 120908

On tap at EBF 08. Cloudy orange gold, thin beige head. Bit of banana ester aroma, then very floral in mouth. Really different, then a very good wheat beer with good lemon and good wheat. Good floral flavour and hop.

[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Hazy golden color. Aroma of banana, citrus, caramel, fruit, yeast and mild spice. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor, hint of acidic. Sweet wheat fruity finish.

EBF 2008, Valby, DK. On tap, 130908. Yellow with white head. Aroma of banana, cloves and wheat. Flavor is yeasty and wheat with some citrus.

Draught at EBF08. Very muddy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour and aroma are spicy and wheaty. Standard Hefeweizen. Slightly slimy mouthfeel.

Hazy yellow with huge white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with fruity and coriander notes. Sweet flavour with a twist of orange, yeast, spices and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild wheaty and light estery fruity. Sweet and fruity flavoured with a mild banana and orange fruity note. Smooth yeasty and floral finish.
