Too much butterflavour . yngwie (3322), Kristiansand, Norway Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. A clear brown beer with a beige head. Toffee, butter, some roasted malt and coffee in the aroma. Sweet flavor, with a faint coffee note, some roasted flavors, butterscotch, toffee and bitterness. Feels a bit thin in the mouth, and finishing sweet with coffee and a decent bitterness. The beer is too buttery I think, but it’s sure drinkable. I prefer other Kvajj beers though. (080509) saxo (2049), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark May 27, 2008 Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel and hops. chris_o (4395), London, Greater London, England May 21, 2008 Bottle, courtesy fonefan. Mid brown. Rather lively out of the bottle with a rather prickly carbonation on the tongue. Cream head. Caramel dominates throughout but its not too sticky. Maybe a little toasty malt. Low hop impact. Smooth, fairly soft (but not too thin) mouthfeel. Nothing out of the ordinary but competent and perfectly pleasant, if quite straightforward.
