Bottle transparent, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours bready orangy - brown, cloudy and opaque in texture, totally without carbonation, body is pretty stale, no head at all, even when being poured into the glass.
Aroma: Very gentle and natural, without any artificial strengtheners, a lot of bread skin, some notes of dark bread, flour, honey, yeasts, cookies. Simple but natural and nice.
Taste: Nice hints of green apple, honey, crystalized honey, orange peal, orange, clementine, yeasts, some gentle hint of citruses, lemon, note of lime, dark bread, bread skin, very refershing, light, tasty, easy going, not artificial or overly too sweet. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation on palate is non - existant, finish feel is non - elaborate, rather simple but positive.
