A yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is of the characteristical d'Achouffe yeast added corriander. The flavor is of corriander, d'Achouffe yeast, and spices. A very average Belgian ale.

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, dense, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and diacetyl. Rather a full body with accents of fruit and yeast and some very pushy alcohol. Bitter finish. Basically just a very plain and unrefined strong Belgian Blonde. 161006

33 cL bottle, 2003 version at Kulminator. Pours dark orange with a small cloudy yeasty presence, white head. Dry yeasty and malty in the aroma. Dry malty and slight cheesy flavoured, flat oxidisation note. Dry and persisting malty flavoured finish. This bottle didn’t age too well.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (old vintage, thanks WK). Hazy golden colour with some particles floating around. Slightly off-white fluffy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruits, spices, caramel malts, some zest as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is very fruity and slightly spicy with also some slight alcoholic and yeasty notes in it. Very balanced and nice. Has aged well.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, firm rocky head. Grassy nose. Deep buttery malt character along with a pleasant, almondy yeast character. The mouthfeel is gently soft, and the salty finish contributes to the impression of a perfectly well balanced beer.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits and spices with notes of citrus, hops and alcohol. Flavour of malts, fruits, spices and citrus. Definitely one of the best belgian blonde’s I’ve had.

Golden color, persistent perlage. Classic Tripel aroma. Quite smooth in the beginning, spicy, long bitterness. Enjoyable and nothing more.

Thank god I found an old bottle of this at "Den tatoverede enke", Copenhagen last week. Vintage BB 2005. Pours hazy orange with a decent white head & lacings & giant sediments floating around though Ive had the bottle standing in the fridge for 3 days straight. Aroma is very sweet & vinous - very lovely & promising. Lots of yeast, fruits (orange) & a well rounded malty nose and taste. Well matured. Body is a bit thin and there is a pleasant warmth from alcohol. The conclusion must be that it matured well - love the rounded vinous feel. Shared this with my girl at her 25th birthday 4th of march 2008.
